Orders and Shipping
Place your order before 3 pm on a working day, and we’ll ship it the same day (except Mondays)

Shipping with PostNL or DHL
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation. Orders within the Netherlands are sent via PostNL or DHL letterbox packages, and international orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code to follow its journey.

Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery within 1-3 working days.

During the holiday season, deliveries may take longer due to high demand at the post office. While we’ll ensure your package is shipped the same day, delays beyond our control may occur.

RETURNS

Our jewelry is covered by warranty for up to six months after receipt. However, your jewelry can be damaged after intensive use. To prevent breakages in jewelry, we advice you to take care of them. With necklaces we will ask you to be careful when wearing a second necklace, scarf or other clothing items. Only breakages due to a manufacturing defect are covered by our warranty. Send an email to webshop@laurensterkamsterdam.com with a photo showing the damage or defect so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible!

RETURN CONDITIONS

We do have a number of conditions before we take back an item.

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5 working days. If you paid with a gift card, the credit will be reissued on a new gift card (note: gift card credits cannot be exchanged for cash).

WARRANTIES

Did your ‘everyday original’ break or arrive damaged? We’ve got you covered!

Our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. While jewelry can show wear over time, only breakages caused by a manufacturing defect are covered. To avoid damage, we recommend taking good care of your pieces, especially when wearing multiple necklaces or accessories that could tangle.

If you need to make a warranty claim, email us at webshop@laurensterkamsterdam.com with a photo of the damage or defect, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible!
