I accidentally ordered the wrong earrings. After contacting customer service, I was able to return the earrings and the pair I wanted was sent home. Although it was my own fault (for ordering the wrong earrings), I didn't have to pay extra shipping costs for the second package. Both times the package was neatly packed and delivered quickly. Now I have the earrings I wanted. In short: happy with the product, even happier with the service! 🙂

My order was delayed by DHL. Hellen from by Lauren Amsterdam then personally picked up the package at DHL and ensured that my necklace was delivered the next day! I really appreciate this own initiative! The necklace (monkey) is great and the packaging with the personally written note is great! Very satisfied and worth repeating!!

I ordered online a Secret Santa gift for a friend and the service was amazing! It really eased my worries of finding the perfect present. Hellen packaged the gift so nicely and suggested she can add a handwritten card as well (love the idea and sweet thought, she even emailed me pictures!) - the idea behind the love me more ring is also very nice.
