I accidentally ordered the wrong earrings. After contacting customer service, I was able to return the earrings and the pair I wanted was sent home. Although it was my own fault (for ordering the wrong earrings), I didn't have to pay extra shipping costs for the second package.
Both times the package was neatly packed and delivered quickly. Now I have the earrings I wanted. In short: happy with the product, even happier with the service! 🙂
